Scientific Journal charges a publication fee to support editorial handling, peer review, typesetting, indexing, and long-term archiving of published research. This page is for corresponding authors whose manuscripts have already been accepted: use the calculator below to confirm your exact fee, then proceed to pay.

USD figures are indicative only, calculated at approximately ₹83 = US$1, for reference for international authors. The amount payable is fixed in INR; confirm the current equivalent with the editorial office before paying in another currency.

Waivers, Refunds, and Invoicing
Fee waivers
Corresponding authors affiliated with institutions in selected underdeveloped countries may apply for a full or partial fee waiver. To request one, contact the editorial office with your institutional affiliation before completing payment; eligibility is confirmed on a case-by-case basis.
Refunds
Publication fees are non-refundable once paid, including in cases where a manuscript is withdrawn after acceptance.
Invoices and receipts
An official invoice or payment receipt is issued only on specific request from the corresponding author. Additional charges may apply depending on the format required (for example, a GST-registered invoice or a reissued/notarized receipt).
